The company that owns Amber's rented home in Anderson, Indiana filed notice with the court yesterday that it wants her out ASAP.
According to the docs, Portwood somehow violated her lease agreement -- no specifics are listed -- and the landlord delivered a "notice to vacate" on Dec. 20 ... the day AFTER Amber got hauled off to jail for alleged probation violations.
Portwood's attorney tells TMZ he didn't know about the notice, so couldn't comment. If Amber misses a Jan. 25 court date she could be evicted immediately.
2012 ... not looking up for Amber.

Jay-Z's 40/40 Club in New York City was shut down following a health code inspection that uncovered a slew of violations.
The violations, listed below and first reported by the NY Post, range from hot food being left out on the counter ... to a refrigerator being kept at 60° rather than the required 41° ... to a worker seen mixing salsa with his bare hands.
The club was scored 69 violation points, according to New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's website. A score of 28 or higher results in the dreaded C grade.
According to the paper, the club was closed Thursday night and new patrons were not allowed in -- the ones already inside were allowed to stay.
The Department of Health's website lists the restaurant as "closed by Health Dept." ... but the NY Post says it was open for business last night.
A rep for the club tells TMZ it was a busted fridge that led to the violations. Click here for the full story.

Shaun tells us, he has already booked a gig with a local radio station to do his Ryan act -- and is currently reaching out to as many people as possible to get his new career off the ground ... friends, managers, agents.

Courtney Love will NOT be evicted from her luxury Manhattan townhouse -- TMZ has learned, a judge just tossed out the landlord's case, because it turns out Courtney did exactly what a good tenant is supposed to do -- pay her rent.
Courtney's landlord filed the eviction lawsuit, claiming she owed $54,000 for 2 months of back rent. But the judge just ruled the landlord was way off base. Turns out the landlord and Courtney had made an agreement after the lease was signed that altered the payment schedule. Courtney was paying according to the new deal, but the landlord was trying to enforce the original one.
So bottom line ... Courtney gets to stay.
P.S. The landlord said originally that in addition to owing rent, Courtney accidentally set the joint on fire. The judge didn't address the whole fire thing.

"CSI" star Gary Dourdan was in court for his domestic violence case and the judge was NOT pleased -- chastising the actor for violating a protective order by texting his ex-girlfriend.
Gary was in court to reschedule a prelim hearing, but also got chewed out by the judge because the prosecutor says Gary sent his ex-GF a text message on December 24th -- wishing her a "Merry Christmas" -- and then called her.
The judge let Gary off with a stern warning -- making it clear ... the actor would be remanded into custody if he tried to contact her again. He's due back in court February 15.
TMZ broke the story ... Gary's ex-girlfriend obtained a restraining order against the actor after he allegedly broke her nose back in November.
It might have been the worst possible day to be in court too -- the same day as Lindsay Lohan's progress report hearing -- because every news outlet on the planet was swarming the courthouse.

The car is a brand new 2012 McLaren MP4-12C -- given to him for FREE by the owner of a local luxury car dealership. Wade is the brand ambassador for that particular dealership.
The guy wanted the presentation of the car to be super-fancy -- with the McLaren waiting for Wade on a platform in the middle of the hotel pool. Problem is, you can't just drive that thing inside the hotel.
Instead, the car was loaded up onto a crane in the alley next to the pool area ... hoisted above the hotel wall ... and carefully lowered onto the waiting platform, positioned inside the pool.
Props to the crew -- because the whole thing went off without a hitch ... and D-Wade accepted his present in front of famous friends like Usher, Common, T.I., LeBron, and Chris Bosh.
D-Dub even got a shout from Vogue chief Anna Wintour ... who said, "I hope we'll see you back at NY Fashion Week in September, because you're my favorite person to sit next to at the shows."
